Directions:
- Take the prescibed amount of grams of herb and place them in a sauce pan. Pour in the prescribed amount of cups of water bringing to a bowl. Simmer 20-30 minutes
- Strain the liquid using a sieve into a jug.
- Pour your prescribed amount into a cup to take.
- The remaining liquid can be stored for up to 48hrs in a covered container, refridgerated.
- Make more as needed.
